There are treatment positions, inviting your intuition and joy of playing.
From subtle Cranio-Sacro-Fascial pulses through enjoyable depth contact and the mobilization of joints up to dance and acrobatic interactions there is no limit.

The workshop includes sections of exercises alone and in pairs, contact improvisation and dance.
Again and again reducing to the elementary and subtle is regarded: "less is more".
Meditative silence is an essential starting point for smaller and larger extending movements.
There will also be space for arrising inner issues in the group, as well as in individual dialogs with us or with participants.
